1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3 Registration and Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to own one (1) account at 789k. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on your identity card or passport.
• A valid date of birth.
• An active mobile phone number registered in your name.
• A valid and accessible email address.
• A Malaysian bank account number registered in your name.

You are fully responsible for ensuring your account information is kept up to date. 789k will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by you.

4 Fund Deposits and Withdrawals
